NOTE: No exhibitor’s equipment, tent, or other property may overrun the rented space without prior approval from show management. Exhibitors cannot “sublet” any portion of a site to another exhibitor. Live exhibitors must not demonstrate or display more than three brands of self-contained equipment on any given site. All spaces are available on a first come, first serve basis. Please check the show website for up-to-date availability of exhibitor sites.

Mid-South Forestry Equipment Show, Inc. is a nonprofit corporation organized to provide technology transfer from forestry and related equipment manufacturers to the forestry community. Minimized revenues are used exclusively to offset the costs of conducting the Show and to make Show improvements designed to achieve the educational outreach purpose of the corporation.

Tent exhibit spaces will be reserved online this year by clicking on the Tent Exhibitor Registration tab at the top of this website. For static and live exhibit sites, the Exhibit Site Reservation Form (found in the exhibitor guide at the top of this page) should be emailed to jauel@msforestry.net or mailed to the address below to temporarily reserve your site. To hold your static or live site, the completed and signed Space Reservation Contract along with a check for 50% of the total site fee must be received in the mail within 10 business days of the submission of your Exhibit Site Reservation Form.

Limited complimentary show admission for exhibitor staff is included as part of the exhibitor site fee. The following number of exhibitor badges will be provided:

Tent Booths (T) – 2 badges per booth (tent booth exhibitors will receive booth attendee registration instructions upon completion of online booth registration)
Static Area (S) – 4 badges per site
Forested Live Site (L & LNH) – 20 badges per site

To receive this complimentary admission, the authorized live or static exhibitor representative should use the Exhibitor Staff Pre-registration Form to pre-register staff members. This form should be emailed to jauel@msforestry.net no later than September 15, 2025.

The exhibitor representative must retrieve the packet of badges at show check-in and is responsible for distributing the badges to exhibitor staff prior to the start of the show.

Following September 15, 2025, the Exhibitor Staff Pre-registration Form will not be accepted, and staff members will be required to pre-register via the show website ($30) or pay admission at the show gate ($40).

Pre-registration closes on October 1, 2025. Pre-registration is $30; $40 at the gate. Spouses and children 17 and under are admitted at no charge.

Forklifts will be available for unloading and loading exhibitor materials shipped directly to the show site. Individual item weight is limited to 10,000 pounds (5 tons).

PLEASE DO NOT SCHEDULE A TRUCK TO ARRIVE AT THE SHOW SITE BEFORE 4:30 PM ON SATURDAY, OCTOBER 4.

Exhibitors may rent tents, furniture, electricity, and other items for use at the show from Mississippi Tent and Party Rental. The Vendor and Payment Information form should be completed and emailed to Mississippi Tent at mike@mississippitent.com. Rental forms should be submitted no later than August 1, 2025.
