Continuing Education

The Mid-South Forestry Equipment Show offers continuing education presentations for foresters and loggers. Topics have also been included in the program that address specific issues of interest to private, non-industrial landowners. The continuing education presentations are included with show admission; however seating is on a first come first serve basis. You do not have to pre-register for these classes, but you may pre-register for the show by clicking here.

Loggers

Loggers are offered 15 hours of CE credit in Category I and up to 6 hours in Category II.

Foresters

Foresters are offered 12 hours of SAF-CFE credit. This includes 10 hours in Category I-CF and 2 hours in Category II (Forestry Ethics). For the Mississippi Board of Registration for Foresters, all presentations count as Category A hours.

For the class schedule, speaker information, and all other continuing education information, see our Continuing Education brochure.

The Mid-South Forestry Equipment Show is only a host for the continuing education presentations. The show does not set the continuing education requirements for loggers or foresters, nor does the show keep records of the hours received by individuals toward meeting their continuing education requirements.
